Service Principle


In the case of the user strictly following the instruction manual and normal operation, within one year from the date of purchase (according to the vehicle factory registration card), the mileage shall not exceed 25,000 kilometers, and the product machine caused by design, manufacturing, and assembly reasons If the parts are damaged, after being appraised by the relevant automobile service station and the supervision department, the written materials shall be submitted to the after-sales service department of our company within three working days, and the three-guarantee service shall be implemented after the after-sales service department confirms.


The specific services are as follows:


1. The product quality during the three-guarantee service period is mainly repaired, and repairs are free of charge (excluding vulnerable parts and electrical parts).


2. Lifetime warranty. For products beyond the warranty period, only the relevant cost will be charged if the parts need to be replaced.

3. Free training of operators:


⑴ Our factory arranges senior engineers for on-site guidance to learn theories and practical operations;

⑵ Master the basic theory, performance and function of special vehicles;

⑶ Operate proficiently according to the procedure;

⑷ It can carry out normal daily maintenance and eliminate general technical faults.
